Although the frequencies are in the database for Niagara here is some more of the towns (firehalls) that are associated with each frequency. Over the last month or so I have heard the below listed Fire Stations on these particular frequencies.

Code:
153.770 - Niagara stn4
             - Niagara-on-the-Lake

153.800 - Pelham (Fonthill)
              - Port Colborne
              - Thorold
              - Wainfleet
              - Welland

154.400 - Dunnville (Haldimand)
              - Fort Erie

155.910 - Grimsby
             - Beamsville (Lincoln)
             - Vineland (Lincoln)
             - Campden (Lincoln)
             - Smithville (West Lincoln)
             - Caistor Centre (West Lincoln)

Will update if I come across any more in the Niagara area.

Just out of curiosity, when was the last time you heard NFFD on the Maxtel system? I hear them periodically on the VHF frequency listed in the DB but the signal is quite weak in Hamilton.

Ok, thanks Saint. Seems like every couple months we revisit who is on the infamous Maxtel Wireless MPT1327 system!

I recall the discussion about Lincoln fire going back to VHF, but the Falls is a whole different matter. Thanks for clearing that up.

:)

Glad to help Jellotor, I think there is someone else that has gone to this system, I have my scanner in getting fixed so I can't listen fo a couple of more weeks when I get my scanner back. When I find anything new I will post it to the radioreference board, This is one of the systems I submit information to.

Just an update for you there.

Fort Erie Fire is actually on 148.540, with a PL of 151.4 The 154.400 is the repeater input.

-Mike

hey there, fort erie runs on 148.540 just as you mentioned. The freq 154.400 is their old system they shared with Dunnville Ontario. Dunnville still runs this freq as xjf 517 out west.

Fort Erie was tired of a lot of interfearance from buffalo and erie pa and dunnville so they picked up their own freq.

I'm here a lot
Welcome to RadioReference and thanks for the repost Joe . :)
I think I got rid of both 154.400 and 148.540 a while back from my Niagara/WNY bank. :(
Gonna put 148.540 back in and see what I can hear from Toronto.

Great work.. are there any PL or DCS used on any of these frequencies or are they all CSQ? I just want to know so I can update my radio files for when I come back home in the spring.
