Niagara County Radio Shack Trunking Table

Does anyone have the Radio Shack custom trunking table for the Niagara County NY P25 system? Thanks!

The band plan table editor shows entries for Lo Chan, Hi Chan, Offset, Base, and Step. How does that convert? That looks like a Uniden band plan.
