niagara county sheriffs

from time to time when something important is going on the dispatcher limits all radio traffic and tells them to switch to secondary channel

does anyone know what this channel is ?? i have never seen another frequency for the sheriffs

It may be Lockport and village/town PD channel 155.250 151.4PL. This is the other base frequency on the Sheriff's KEA954 license.
