Niagara Falls 5 ALM Incident?

Last night, I received an IPN dispatch for a 5+ ALM job in Niagara Falls, yet this morning there is not a single report on any WNY news agency that I can find. Can someone provide some additional information on this incident, if it really existed?

That's what happens when people with no listening experience start joining notification services. Everything sounds like more than it is. NYSING has the same problem, and the others probably do, too.
