What ATC towers, and controllers would prove beneficial to me, I'm gonna get a Uniden BCD160DN and want to stick to a single bank for monitoring ATC, which would limit me to 100 channels.

Was more so referring to like Boston, Cleveland, New York, and any Canadian frequencies relevant to my area, I know of the airport frequencies.
You should have specified that in your opening post. Go to Airnav or consult each city or state's RRDB page
Maybe you know, and maybe you don’t… ATC, TRACON and ARTCC all perform different functions so you may want all three. The TRACON and ATC should be listed under the airport db entry (as @Whiskey3JMC indicated above) or there may be a separate TRACON db entry for a really busy region (several large airports).
