Niagara falls to Albany...need freq guidence

I will be heading to Albany NY this week via the I-90 from Niagara falls Ontario. Would like to listen to state troopers along the way. Does anyone have any sugestions and or Uniden 396, bct15 or 246 files they would like to share?

Fellow scanner. You can ask Pyr8 to send you what I sent him as a PM. Basically I told him to be careful while traveling in New York State with a scanner in your car. I also gave hime some frequency information, all of which is located here within Radio Reference.

It was nothing special just some help with his question.
