NIAGARA P25 offset?

I have resurrected my old pro 96 scanner and I’m programming a few different things into it. I would like to program Niagara County P25 system into it. Does anyone have the base and offset and steps necessary to program this system? Thank you!

The band plan in the x36 series of scanners shows

Trunking Band Plan

• Number Frequency Bandwidth
• 0 851.00625 6.2500
• 1 762.00625 6.2500
• 2 851.01250 12.500
• 3 400.00000 6.2500
• 4 935.01250 12.500

No offsets are listed in Sentinel, although I think there are ways to determine them.
