I'm hearing a digital signal every once in awhile on this freq. Anyone know what it maybe from? Mostly only analog on this freq....just wondering.

Take your pick. Seems to be a few entries in the area. What kind of digital signal is it that you're hearing?

If it's DMR, it could possibly be New Tecumseh up in Simcoe County. Maybe the propagation gods are smiling down on us. Western New York doesn't seem to have any digital mode on that frequency.

Welland and Pt Colborne are on their own repeaters now. Wainfleet still uses 153.800 and has MDC unit ID signalling, so that might be what you hear.
