The Blue Earth/Nicollet County Feed does NOT have any Nicollet County Agencies on it. The only agencies I hear are some LeSueur County FD's and Police.
I know North Mankato FD and PD are not being broadcast. I don;t think any Nicollet County FD's are on there at all.
I also have never heard the State Patrol/Mankato district on there.
