NIFC commands and TACs

I hear the NIFC frequencies have changed, can anyone confirm the commands and tacs are correct, I found a CalFire freq Freq list, however its dated 2022

Where did you hear this? Most of these frequencies have been around for nearly 50 years or longer. They have national clearance and that is not easy to come by. The National Interagency Fire Center (in Boise) would be hard pressed to find a group of frequencies to replace them. I can't think of a reason that they would need to make a change.

Didn't they just renumber the tacs in 2023? Tac 5-7 became Tac 4-6, maybe that's what the OP was referring to.

Good thought! They lost Tac 4 several years ago and they finally filled in the gap by moving the rest up one, resulting in Tacs 1-6. They should do the same to the commands as they have Commands 1-6 and 8-12.
