NIFC/NIRSC?

Anyone know why the NIFC Command and Tac channels are labeled as NIRSC in the DB? I have never in my 25 years in the Fire Service seen NIFC command channels labeled this way (i.e. NIRSC COMMAND-1 vs. NIFC COMMAND-1) except here in the DB.
