Hi,

No big deal for sure, but looking for a small "something" to raise the height
of a SDS 200 about a foot on a small night table.

Can certainly put some books underneath, but wife would like something
a bit more "elegant".

Adjustable would also be nice.

Should be approx, the same footprint of the SDS 200, and reasonably "sturdy"

Any suggestions ?

Thanks,
Bob

Yep I have an idea, do you have any other base type scanners? Even if it's really old or even not working but preferably it would be good if you can plug it in and it's working. You can always put secondary analog frequencies on it.

Put the sds200 on top of the other scanner and have two scanners on the night table.

A book? Several magazines. A couple old iPads. Cigar boxes, they come many sizes and can be purchased for a couple dollars, maybe free.

In the past I have used a small wooden printer stand for my R8600 on a nightstand. Looks nice and it has a cubby hole shelf underneath for storage, etc. You can find them pretty cheap on eBay.

My buddy and I built this a few months after we had a hurricane came by. We used old plywood and I stained it and use the bracket for the radio and drilled some holes to hold the bracket in place when I hit the buttons.
