As the title goes. Seems like I haven't been hearing them on their usual 453.475, and all I do hear on that freq. is digital control signals, although that could be skip, which is strong this summer (like the heat!). So, just curious about that. Hope all had a good Fourth.

Wow. Let's hope not! Niles Dial-A-Ride is (to my understanding) a fairly cash-strapped outfit (being subsidized), and the MOTOTRBO system is quite expensive, so I'd think that unlikely. But stranger things have happened I guess. But there used to be quite a bit of chatter on that frequency with dispatching, etc.

To lump another of my many questions in here, I haven't heard Andrews University DPS on MPSCS in quite a while. I wonder if they've reverted back to something else. Used to hear them a lot; now nothing.

Wow. I had written a really nice followup post, which apparently took longer than the login timeout. When I clicked to post the quick reply I was informed that I wasn't logged in, and all my text editing was gone! This has happened to me before in other vBulletin forums, and either I have to remember to click "Remember Me" in the login, or copy my work to the clipboard first, or the forum needs an autosave (I've seen this in other vBulletin forums).

But is there any way (for instance, quickly, right after this happens) to recover one's work from the browser in some way? I typically use Chrome.

As soon as my temper cools off I may attempt the post again!
