Anyone have additional information on the NIPSCO 900Mhz EDACS Narrow Band in the northern part of the state?

From Grissom Air Museum just north of Kokomo this morning, monitored the following control channels:

Site 07 = 935.4125 Mhz, LCN = 04
Site 08 = 939.9125 Mhz, LCN = 03
Site 13 = 935.9625 Mhz, LCN = 03
Site 14 = 935.4250 Mhz, LCN = 01
Site 27 = 937.0000 Mhz, LCN = 01
Site 31 = 936.9250 Mhz, LCN = 01

The FCC database shows multiple licenses / locations for the above - any additional info would be appreciated.

Anyone monitoring this system?

Anyone figured out LCN's for the various sites?

Mainly interested in the Chase and Monticello sites, but there are several sites with no information regarding LCN or data channels...

Used to when I lived in IN. Had the Etrunker files too. Too bad the hard drive took a dump  I think I still have PSR500 files. I'll look later.
