Pro-668: NJ-DOT North Phase 2 TG’s?

Hello all.

I’m seeing TG 3077, a North TG coming over my scanner as Phase 2.

Anyone on this? Did they get some more Phase 2 radios?

I think I've heard most of those DOT talkgroups in P2 mode. Every now and then I've heard some Phase I activity when a non-phase II radio affiliates to that TG, but most of the time they seem to be operating in P2. I didn't even realize that the DB had them marked as Phase I until I saw this thread!

some of these TG's are in Phase 1 mode today. Some of the radios not Phase 2?
