What Freqs are used by choppers for ATC or Air to Air comms in the Sandy Hook/Sea Bright NJ area heading down the coast, over water?

Sandy Hook is under New York's bravo airspace. The ATC for that area is New York Approach on 128.125. You may also hear traffic of interest talking to McGuire Approach on 126.475.
