NJ Transit Incident

[SCPD]

There was a lot of radio traffic on 160.830 last night. They're was some sort of incident because I could hear crowds in the background and numerous people were sent to the hospital.

They were at Matawan and Hazlet train stations. Anyone know what was going on? I didn't start listening until after the fact and couldn't decipher what was happening. There was no mention of it in the news outlets.
