Does NJ Turnpike Maintenance run off the NJSP TRS? Do they have a separate system or set of frequencies? There was a serious problem on the turnpike near Exit 5 yesterday, a tractor trailer overturned. Past it about two hours after it happened. Only apparatus on scene was one police vehicle and a !%^?load of maintenance trucks. Traffic was backed up for about 10 miles southbound. I had on the state police TRS and Burlington county on at the time and had no idea it was there until I passed by on the other side. I know that on the Pennsylvania Turnpike when major incidents like that occur there is a constant steady dialog giving updates from the incident scene and reports on the backlog. Where can I listen to on the NJ Turnpike to find this?
