NJ UTAC Frequencies: Clarafication

I need some clarification about NJ UTAC frequencies.
Over the the last year or so the state has added two additional frequencies.

453.15000 PL 136.5 NJUTAC 7
453.62500 PL 141.3 NJUTAC 8

However in the Jersey City Public Safety Page these frequencies are listed as

UTAC 7 454.150/136.5
UTAC 8 454.625/141.3

I believe the 2nd set of frequencies listed may be a typo error.

However when monitoring the first set of frequencies I do pick up Paramus Fire Dispatch 453.150 136.5
and some activity 463.625 since it is licensed to the state of NJ, I suspect this freq could be used for interoperability.

Just need the correct information...

The second set in the 454 range is the correct set.

NJUTAC 7 and 8 are outside the regular UHF public safety bands, NJAG/OPSC/whomever got special waivers and permissions and all. The original paging licenses were transfered over to the state and conventional public safety communication was authorized on them.
