NJICS Martinsville

Just wondering what I can expect to hear on the Martinsville (Bridgewater) simulcast? I very rarely hear the Union site from the Somerset/Hunterdon county line but I'd expect much more traffic there. Primarily interest in fire activity.

Every once in a while New Brunswick fire will come over Martinsville. That’s all I have really heard on there. I too really only monitor fire and inter-op talkgroups.

Sometimes I'll catch some Med Central activity off that site, but it's not too often.

Off of the Martinsville site, you'll almost always hear the Somerset County Roads Dept talkgroups, Parks Police, and MedCentral Comm 1 and 2. Frequently, JFK EMS Control affiliates as well. Occassionally, when radios affiliate with it, you'll hear other MedCentral talkgroups, New Brunswick FD, Troop B 5-Comm, and a couple Union County talkgroups.
