Hello all.....
Seems the original thread on this topic has vanished, so here goes.
The newly licensed 220 MHz freqs. for the NJSEA system have appeared on tyhe FCC website and are as follows: FB2: 220.8025, -8075, -8125, -8175, -8225,-8275, -8325, -8375, 8425, -8475, -9025, -9075,- 9125. MO: All are 221 MHz with same decimal digits as FB2.
Now, does anyone have any idea on how and if one can program same into a Uniden scanner??? I understand this system is different from any of the others, having read the manual that one of our fellow readers had posted initially.
I'm sure that one could just place all 13 FB2 channels in a bank and monitor in conventional mode however missing many conversations I'm sure. With the NJ Devils and Nets playing several night home games of late I'm sure there is some action on these channels, even though the system supposedly has not worked anywhere near as well as they were told it would, typical sales pitch!!!
Any info is appreciated.

A lack of important details leaves us with more questions then answers

Two way,

It would be real helpful if we knew what model of Uniden scanner you were attempting to program these frequencies into. It's entirely possible that, depending on the model, you can't even program in the frequencies conventionally.

Please, help us help you.

Uniden Scanner models

Hello again....
Sorry SCANdal, I meant to list them but was in a hurry to get on the road when I posted before.
Having read the specs for all three, I know that my BC780 XLT.s, BC796D and BC296D will all accept said frequencies, so those are the models I would be programming.
Thanks for the assit.

All of those frequencies are licensed as J3E emission code which is ACSB ( Amplitude Compandered Sideband ) so I doubt you will be able to make out anything intelligable unless you have the proper type of commercial receiver....
