Logged the past few days with the HP-1 in discovery mode from the South system. Keep an ear out to help ID.

51568 No voice logged
57648 Key ups, RID's in the DOC range
54480 / 54160 Same person calling on each group for "Herb" RID's in the ACX range
58992 Public Works sounding casual comms from Cape May co. RID's 428xx

54480 I got the other day. Didn't get any Radio ID. There were a number of references to turns on roads, directions, planning. Almost sounded like surveillance as much as it did possibly road maintainence. I picked it up on North Simulcast with weak audio however.

35968 10-Com doing property and Fish/game checks SW
58992 Some sort of CID / surveillance channel in So. NJ.
35216 uid 2 units calling each other.
40880 10-Comm operations, SW
39056 NJTP patrols possibly, limited recordings.
35344 ACX talk channel based on RID 63850 calling for another trooper.

That would fall in sequence for the State AG's Office, Bureau of Criminal Justice. Maybe BCJ 5 for South Jersey?

I've noted they're regional now...sort of. 1 seems to only be used in North Jersey, 2 in North-Central Jersey (Jersey City, Newark, Irvington, Plainfield, etc.), and 3 & 4 in Central and South Jersey.

I cannot confirm is, but I believe this is ACX car-to-car.

That would make sense since 35344 is adjacent to ACE Svc Patrol and ACY 2

35968 10-Com That isn't a valid TG. 35952 is B2-10, sounds like you were monitoring a status bit

58992 Criminal Justice Ops (They also have all the talkgroups from 58896 to 59024)
35216 A1-13 Bridgecom
40880 10-Comm operations, SW - I have seen this before and only for a brief time
39056 NJTP patrols possibly, limited recordings. - Must be SJ only, nothing showed up in my Unitrunker
