Does anyone know how to program troop B into a pro-96 . I programmed all the freqs ant tgs but its not working

Did you set it for trunking and for Motorola or Motorola Type 2, or Type 2 800? I'm not familiar with Radio Shack scanners so I don't know exactly how they program for trunk systems but you would need to do something of this nature in order for it to work properly.

In your first post you said you want to program Troop B, use the Trp B control channels, they are in the NJ database.

You don't program the talk groups into any control channel. You program the control channels and the talk groups as per the instructions in the manual or the shortcut guide Highpockets posted the link for. The scanner automatically detects which control channel is being used and allows you to hear the radio traffic, no matter which one is being used.
