NJSP Talkaround

Repeatedly over the last week I've heard several CIB units heading into NY switch over to talkaround. When they do this, are they switching over to simplex using one of the TRS voice channels?

That could be numerous conventional channels if they are not going to talkgroups 'Channel 7', or 'Channel 9':

851.3125 - 09-TA Conventional Talkaround 192.8
851.0125 - 13-TA National Calling Talkaround 156.7
851.5125 - 15-TA National TAC-1 Talkaround 156.7/NAC293
852.0125 - 17-TA National TAC-2 Talkaround 156.7/NAC293
852.5125 - 19-TA National TAC-3 Talkaround 156.7/NAC293
853.0125 - 21-TA National TAC-4 Talkaround 156.7/NAC293
