Hello, I am wondering what the frequency is for the NJSP 2-COMM Units. This is all I see, no frequency just a Talk group.

You program your local NJICS site(s) and make sure you have the 2-Comm talkgroup programmed. That's how you listen to them.

I was wondering why I couldnt hear them on low-band anymore! I'm old enough to remember 44.62mhz like it was yesterday...
Low band is long gone! They went to the 800 MHz trunked system that was replaced by the NJICS. But I do recall those days of hearing mobiles from 30 miles away with the telescopic whip on my Bearcat III!

You apparently aren't familiar with how trunked radio systems work. Read the wikis below then reply back with your location so someone can tell you the closest NJICS site to program

I am not hearing any traffic at all on CIB north in my area. On west orange and union county sites there used to be a lot of traffic, now it's completely deaf. Any ideas what happened?

I would not be surprised if CIB has moved to an encrypted talk group. There are now quite a few now.
