All as I ever hear them doing is radio checks in the the late evening around 10PM every night. Do they use these channels during the daytime for anything other than radio checks?

All of these are for the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission. This was formed not too long ago. I do not have a digital scanner, but I know of only one talkgroup id that is not digital in relation to this Commission. I rarely hear anything on this id. I simply get the feeling that they are not all that active. Not sure though. Until I locked these out, I have heard several transmissions during the day. Unfortunately as my scanner does not translate digital, I can not say what they are. I do believe that they are just not very active. Most of these transmissions will be received by chance.
