I just looked at the tower locations map of the NJSP system. Makes me wonder how the heck I'm picking up Troop C the way I do. I live in Berlin which is the location for a Troop A antenna. The nearest Troop C antenna is in either Bordentown or Toms River (to my knowledge) which are both over 30 miles away. Oddly enough on the NJ turnpike and Rt. 295 in Mt. Laurel/Westampton with the 800 duck on my scanner I lose both Troop A and C coverage for about 3 miles. This area is pretty close to Bordentown. So what gives? And does anyone else in Burlington County have trouble picking up NJSP?

So youre saying that in addition to all the Troop A frequencies, the Berlin tower also carries the Troop C 800 frequencies?
Most of the freq's, not the upper 3 or 4.

That explains it! I saw on some other threads the new discussion on the rebanding process which effects the freqs above 866. Some people actually listed the freqs that they were receiving on Troop C and some of them didnt vibe with what I've been receiving from the Berlin tower. The only ones I get here are 857.2125, 857.7125, 858.2125, 858.7125, 859.2125, and 860.2125, and of course the control channel 860.7125. There are a couple higher ups that I don't receive and an 856.7125 (or 856.2125) that I don't get from the Berlin tower. Makes me wonder, am I really getting all the comms, or am I actually missing some stuff because of that?
