for size code 13 -- how do you put that it for the bc246T

The NJSP are no longer a Type IIi system.

It's a Motorola Type II system. The only things you have to program are the frequencies and talk group IDs. Nothing else. As for programming the system into your scanner, on the Uniden BC785D and BC898T you program it as a Type 2 800 system. I don't know how the 246T shows the different types of systems, but I would imagine it's the same.
