BCT15: NJSP...

Hello All.
Good news! I finally got my scanner going using FreeScan. I didn't have my "groups" enabled under the system. That was the magic bullet! Now, could some kind soul help me figure out first, if my (updated Firmware) Uniden BCT15 scanner is capable of receiving the NJSP channels. And second, how do I program my scanner using FreeScan for NJSP receiving? I am trying but it is not working... Thank you!

Can someone just please take a quick look at NJSP and let me know if I can get it on my updated firmware BCT15 please... I used to listen when I was young (with crystals and 8 channels) and now I am trying to understand all there is in this hobby. It is pretty frustrating to not even be able to figure out how or what the system is the New Jersey State Police use... It is awesome that people on the internet will help. Thanks.

Rich- I have received some NJSP when in NJ using the "Service Search" by State function in the BCT-15. However, the entire system is changing in various ways in various locations in NJ... and there is no easy answer to your question. To get started, go here and start reading.
