I have a Bcd996xt and I am having trouble programinmg the radio and the shop charges me 86.00 everytime I want to add . my family live down near maryland and would like to listen to state police and local police when I visit them I traval 287 & tappenz brige they live in woodstown NJ thanks u

using freesacn - for free - lays it out so you can input what you need and tailor it to your travels, importing RR data thru EZscan saves time - why would you pay for something so simple - and there is help from many users here for free to give you tips
