Not sure which channels exactly they were using, but a fair number of the ITAC/UTAC channels were in use for Fairfield and/or Wayne road closures, evacuations, security operations, etc. I have heard Essex County Sheriffs, OEM, NJSP, Fairfield, Passaic County units, I think that might be all...
