TGID 135--Tac 5, and a new TGID 14003 have been sporadically heard with activity, perhaps in concert with the Balloon Fiesta by the brief content. Seems to be a patch. The audio quality has been horrible! UIDs are in the 8000 and 11000 range.

Many in areas using the 700 should keep eyes out for patches.
Anything with working with locals there will be patches to vlaw32, mutual aide same same as vlaw31 just one uses 127.3, other 156.7 tone but cSq on rx, state car vhf, or local channels commonly used with multiple agencies will get patched.
