No Activity showing up but traffic is happening

So about 3 months ago I starting having issues with both Unitrunker and SDRTrunk on Bell Land Mobile Radio Network (South Zone) Trunking System, Multiple Locations, Ontario (Oxford) it shows activity in the event window on both but not in the activity window. With UT its not a big deal as it doesn't do p25 phase 2 but SDRTrunk does but because its not tripping the activity window it won't play the audio I have included some pictures and a link to a few videos to show what I am talking about. I have tried 3 RTL-SDRs and two Airspys on four different computers. I also live 5 kms (3.1 miles) from the tower.

Is it recognizing the band plan? If you highlight the control channel, select the "Details" tab, and then scroll down to "Frequency Bands" is anything shown?

First picture is UT second is SDRTrunk there used to be freqs on the second one but not anymore

For some reason that system hasn't been advertising the channel information regularly. My guess is that UT has it cached, but that SDRTrunk is expecting to get it from the Control Channel every restart. There's an active feature request for SDRTrunk to allow for manual band plan entry. Custom P25 bandplan · Issue #1969 · DSheirer/sdrtrunk.

Trunk-recorder has the ability to import a custom band plan.

I'm using the most recent Unitrunker 2.xx with LMRN and it works great (not using it for voice following). Are you using a current version?

Yes 2.2.0.13 and three different versions of SDRTrunk (release,beta3 and nightly)
