No audio on Orange County Sheriff feed

I have been listenting to my local scanner here in Orange County, FL for quite some time now. For the past few days, I have noticed that there has been no audio on the channel, no matter how long I have it on for. The feed is up, but the only sound is the background hum. Is the channel down or being updated? Is there any way for me to report this so it can be fixed?
