No audio Seattle fire trunked system

I programmed SFD into my whistler Es scan using the scanner database. It was easy to do but I hear no audio. The Columbia tower site, fire talk groups. I see the scanner lock onto a good strong signal but hear no audio. I am in Seattle this week and would like to listen in. Online I hear calls going on. Any thoughts. I programmed using radio reference as well and have the same issue. No audio but channel is locking on to a good signal. I am puzzled. And yes volume is on..any local guys can call me. 509 952 5382
