No GPS Input

j'ai un scanner bcd996xt, sur l'afficheur il me marque toujours No GPS Input
comment faire pour enlever ca....??? merci a l'avance

My French isn't the best, but can you tell us what GPS you are using. Also is the GPS powered and if so have you tried cycling the power on the GPS. I have a GPS connected to my HP-1 and from time to time I have to unplug the GPS and reconnect. Doesn't happen often though.
