As of earlier today, the conventional frequency for District 7 (W Snohomish County, 155.655) was coming in with a clear signal — nothing seemed to change on my end.
As for the trunked WA State Patrol system, I have never heard any District 7 traffic on there, and as of writing this reply, that does still seem to be the case. I am scanning the King Lake site and it's purely D2 activity.
While the federal Justice Integrated Wireless Network system may have District 7 traffic at times, it's not very often and only really happens when a subscriber affiliates their radio with that talkgroup.
Anyway just FYI, the only way you can consistently receive D7 Snohomish County is via conventional.

Nothing has changed here in Vancouver/SW Washington.

Well I am at a loss, deleted the programming did a direct import from RR within ProScan on my home scanner, truck scanner has had no programming changes for a year and still nothing on either after 11/4/2022, screen shot of the programming settings

I do the same up here and hear them all the time, I would add this programming if I were you
im going out on a limb and say those conventionals are not in use in your community
