Trying to listen to traffic for the University of MN DPS with the following frequencies I looked up on the FCC website without any hits:
460.075
460.40
465.075
465.40
Shows to be a conventional system and I am using my new Uniden BCD996p2 scanner. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

first, unless you are right there on Campus the 465.xxxx are useless for you, those are the repeater inputs.
Concentrate on the two 460.xxxx channels

453.1000 is licensed to UMN for police operations, and is a NXDN channel. I've been trying to figure out its purpose for a couple of weeks now, so far to no avail. I'm going to keep listening.

453.1000 is Hospital Security at M Health Fairview University and Riverside Hospitals.
460.075 and 460.400 are no longer used for daily PD operations. I believe 460.075 may still be used for emergency alerts to certain campus buildings but not very active.

Do you have some reason to believe they actually use something other than their ARMER talkgroups? (I have no idea if they do or not.)
No
Just playing around with programing my new scanner. Thanks for the info.
