No luck programming Fleetnet Zone 1 on PSR500

Hi folks
Getting very frustrated.
I have tried using Win500 to get Fleetnet working.
Tried doing download from RR and entering manually.
I have entered the three lines for the table, had all the appropriate sites loaded, have read the threads online in RR.
Still can't figure out why my scanner can't get anything.
Conventional channels are working, Toronto Public Safety trunk is working.
Have no clue what I am doing wrong.
Can you help me troubleshoot this?

Love this scanner, but does me no good if I can't get it to do Fleetnet.
My PRO-96 was easy to set up for this.

On the PSR 500 the step size for the 138 - 144 range is 12.5 KHz. I think this may cause some problems in receiving fleetnet properly. Change your step size using Flexstep and see if this helps.
From the GRE website this is how you do it:
1. Turn On the Unit

2. Press "PGM" button

3. Press "FUNC" button

4. Press "F3" button

5. Scroll down to "FlexStep" and Right-Arrow it to activate "On"

6. Press " F1" to Save

Also you can enable Flexstep with Win500 on the "extended settings" tab

activated flexstep...scanner seems to be cycling through scanlists much faster, hopefully a good sign
I have put my PRO96 beside the PSR500 to confirm activity is picked up on both scanners
will let you know if that solves problem
