Have the DMR capability in my 1080, with base loud and clear, but no mobile reception. Is it simplex, or am I missing something in my settings? THANKS.

How far away are you from the mobile/portable radios transmitting to the base? You do realise they are likely to be transmitting at much lower power.

I'm monitoring Spectrum Comm in Warren County, New Jersey, off their Oxford site, on 463.850 DMR. Should that not be "repeatered," while using 468.850 as input? And yes, I'm familiar with lower wattages on mobiles and handhelds, BUT is this not a "repeatered" system?

What talkgroup(s) do you have programmed to monitor? The 463. is that tower frequency, yes. Do you have TGs programmed or just listening to it with wildcard?

Wildcard just means it will pickup any talkgroup on the system vs only the specific talkgroups you may have programmed.
