What is the NAC for the Pennsylvania Trunked System with a frequency of 853.6250 MHz with a FCC designated call sign of WQTY530, and a designated "YE" Radio service. Note: The NAC is not displayed when my BCD436HP is in custom search mode. ie when in Menu>Search for...>Custom Search>Custom 9. Note: On other Trucked System frequencies found in this mode the NAC is displayed.

Welcome to the RR forums. The info isn't found in the RRDB. Are you seeing & hearing control data on this frequency? Have you plugged in any other frequencies on the license to check for activity? Any NAC observed there? Should be the same across the entire site if you've confirmed said site to be active. Got an SDR with DSD+ at your disposal?

That may be an old openscab system license.
The frequency is not part of the new starnet.
It's likely not a P25 emission, Thus wouldn't have a NAC.
The new P25 site data frequencies/NAC's can be viewed here:
