No premium subscription after paying

3 Days ago I payed to have a premium subscription but I can't download from the data base to program my scanner. i have updated it to the latest software. It says I do not have a premium subscriptions. I have tried freescan and proscan. Also the renew button is still in my profile and no record of the paypal transaction is in my profile. I have a new scanner coming this week.I would love to program it. I have not heard a thing from you and registered a complaint with Paypal. I have sent an email to your support team but no answer. I would like to continue to recommend RR to people but I am loosing faith fast.

have you checked your bank records to make sure it went thru ok ? call the number on the back of the card. dont rely on computer access.

I have Paypal reciept to RR

It went through with paypal to RR no question
