no sound on salem police

hello, thank you in advance

around 11:30 on tuesday march 30, 3 police cars came screaming down capitol st. I came to turn on my scanner here and no salem police however i could get fire/sheriff. wondering if it was turned over to a secure frequency?

still no sound as of 1:01 am
