NOAA Weatherlink frequencies

Anyone else hearing NOAA weather broadcast in the 900Mhz range? I was riding down 117 between Warsaw and Magnolia and received them very well on 923.975. It was the same traffic as 162.425 so I assume it's a link frequency from the weather office to the tower. I just thought those were in the 400 range (or at least they used to be). Just curious.
