Noble, Guernsey County's

So I have been away from reading a lot on here due to a house purchase with no internet access!! Believe that?! Anyhow after talking to a state park ranger today on a vol. fire department call, I was told Noble has made the switch over to the "new system". After thinking about this I have noticed I havnt heard them in some time on my uniden bx396xt. Now when first buying and listening in on this MARCS I just paid and downloaded the file off this site and uploaded to my scanner.
So that leads to my newbie question, can I just do the same thing to be able to listen in on Noble county? Also guernsey county SO has had some chatter on the GC 30 channel that the small towns of Byesville, and senecaville was using.

Any advise on the topic would be appreciated. Please disregard my newness to all of this. As I am still reading many threads to try and educate myself.

Yes looking at the database i am not sure which system Nobile County Sheriff is using but they have a talkgroup on both systems. All you have to do is use freescan and download the MARCS-IP info for the tower closest to you and then pick what you want to hear and then import it to free scan and once you upload it to the scanner you should be able to hear Noble County. And also what system are you hearing GC-30 on?

Thanks! To answer your question I'm not sure to new at this still. I just downloaded the file about 6 months ago and uploaded it. Then about 3 weeks or so ago I started hearing GSO talking in the channel.
