Node not populating into playlist

I have a playlist set up for Polk/Desoto/Hardee county. Specificially for Desoto County FD and Aeromed. I see Node 1226 is operating but the calls are not populating into my playlist. I noticed then in the node page but when I select "Systemwide Live Calls" there is nothing there which I believe to be part of the problem.
Any help in figuring this out is greatly appreciated.
