NOISY DASH CAM

I have a dash cam (BlackVue 900X) that is throwing out QRM. It is only affecting one radio (GMRS Midland Radio) the other radios, vhf/uhf are fine. The dashcam is connected to an external power pack for extended operation. Does anyone have any suggestions to try to stop or mitigate the noise?

I had a similar situation about 18 months ago. You can see the thread here. An RF choke may help.
