I heard some national guard traffic that appeared to be people working the checkpoints at various roadways leading into the area. They were not letting anyone through who did not have a very good reason and some actual necessity to be there. Just how much of the city was blocked off like that? It sounded like a lot of people were kept away from their homes for a while.
