Non Paid Subscribing

I submitted a payment thru Paypal lastnight, payment went thru right away, but I'm still listed as a Non Paid Subscriber. I'm wondering if there might have been a problem with my payment, or something else.

What probably happened is that you might have 2 or more accounts on the site and another account of yours was credited.
