NooElec RTL2832U/R820T / Sdr Sharp / Unitrunker problem

I have Everything working in Analog , Scrolling the Frequencies .
Unitrunker is giving me a problem with the com port its not allowing me to select a com port is there away to assign a com port in device manager windows 7
